The most surprising thing about my budget was the amount of money you are going to need for college. I knew it was going to be a lot but not that much. I did not expect for everything to be so much and making sure you have all the stuff you needed organized before you go to college. I'm quite not ready for all that responsibility yet, but I'll get to the point where I am. I realized that when you are in college money does mean a whole lot. You have to make sure you're making the right decisions on everything you do. Something I can do now to prepare myself for the expenses later is start making a savings account. Make sure that all the money I'm going to need is there and ready for me when it is time.
